Structure and working principle:

The machine consists of mechanical working part and electrical control part:

1. The mechanical part is mainly composed of: main drive system, pusher system, reducing diameter system, electrode system and skeleton and bracket.

1) main drive system

The main drive frequency conversion motor drives the main machine to rotate and realize the winding of the ring bar on the longitudinal bar, so as to complete the winding process of the ring bar and transmit the welding signal to the welding control system.

2) push rib system

The push rib system is powered by the push rib frequency control motor, which drives the pull rib trolley to move in a straight line through the chain, and completes the longitudinal rib push welding. The push rib speed can be adjusted in a large range according to the requirements, so as to adjust the ring rib density. At the same time, the push rib trolley has the function of automatic return.

3) diameter changing system:

The diameter changing system is powered by the variable diameter variable frequency speed regulation motor. When the straight section of the steel frame is formed, if the socket socket needs to be formed and the socket size is reached, the variable diameter variable speed regulation motor drives the slider on the host wheel to move radially through the chain to complete the automatic expansion.

4) electrode system

When welding the flat mouth, switch the flat mouth socket to the position of the flat mouth, and keep the same distance of the electrode system in the automatic welding process;When the welding socket is reduced in diameter, the electrode system changes with the expansion of the reducing slider to ensure that the distance between welding electrode and electrode plate and the welding pressure are equal.

2) welding control main circuit system:

It is mainly composed of welding transformer, silicon controlled element, copper conductor and water cooling system.
